Not unless the buildings or tiny, or the person has some special ability and can grow, no.

This one time, I saw a moose that was as big as a building.

A moose? I've never even seen a real moose before.

The moose in The Cage look different from the ones in real life. The one I saw was big and shadowy with glowing eyes!
