you find it to be alternating in severity?

Not so much alternating, the missions generally tend to not involve fucking with our minds. There was one where we were stuck in a labyrinth for about two weeks, and another where we had to solve a mystery on a train. Even when we went to another bubble city the majority of it was really damn normal.

i didn’t like the thought of being poisoned. i’m not really sure what the point of that was. 😞

I'm not sure, either. Sometimes the missions don't make any sense. There was one were we needed to build a car and race it, but Aurora made it clear it didn't matter who won.
