[Etraya, overall, is a pretty safe place. There are exceptions to the rule, but outside of missions Accelerator finds he rarely has to use his esper ability to defend himself. People don't fight with each other, Aurora's robots are a lot more peaceful than Eos's, and there aren't any dangerous creatures lurking around.

Accelerator isn't familiar with Krampus. He's passingly familiar with secular Christmas traditions, but he's never bothered to celebrate it himself. Krampus is well beyond him, so it's a bit of a surprise when some big goat monster comes out of nowhere and stuffs him into a sack before he can switch modes on his choker. From there it's a rough ride over rocks and through water (rivers?), and then he's tossed unceremoniously into a rusty iron cage. He's cursing as the creature stomps away, its growls of Confesssssssssss echoing around the cavern walls.

At least he still has his crutch?]
