It's complicated.
[Part of it has been converted into a home, though John and Harold prefer their privacy so that isn't public knowledge.]
And it's only temporary. I'm not moving out of the apartments permanently.
[He just... doesn't want to be living on his own right now. And Harold wants to keep an eye on him, so it's worked out.]
